Remote services will be nationally visible in a future update. - No account is required to browse, search, or view services. ### Service & Provider Information Visible to Consumers Each service listing and provider profile shows: - Provider verification status (verified by Liinkz) - Consumer reviews and ratings from previous clients - Languages the provider speaks - Trust Score (explained below) - License, insurance, and certification details (if uploaded by provider) - Service photos and descriptions - Provider profile photo ### Trust Score - The Trust Score is a platform-generated credibility metric based on completed jobs with no claims or disputes. - It does not reflect personal opinions — it reflects the real transaction history between the provider and the platform. - Higher Trust Score = more completed jobs with no claims or problems. - Any claim filed against a provider significantly reduces their Trust Score. - The Trust Score applies across all of a provider's services — not per service. - Trust Score is hidden until the provider reaches a minimum threshold of completed jobs. ### Consumer Account (Free) - Completely free. Liinkz never charges consumers a service fee except in limited cases (see Fees section). - Consumers can create an account to: - Save preferences - Add languages spoken (helps AI matching) - Add interests (improves feed and search relevance) - Submit identity verification (improves feed accuracy and trust) - Track orders, claims, and payments - Write reviews - Communicate with providers via in-platform chat ### Guest (Unregistered) Consumer — VIP Provider Interaction - Any unregistered user can send a direct message to a VIP (Premium) provider without creating an account. - Unregistered users can make a contract deal and pay a quotation to a VIP provider without any registration. - For public quotations (Quotes), unregistered clients can submit their name, phone, email, and address and pay directly. - This is designed for maximum conversion with minimal friction. ### Service Request - Consumers can submit a service request to a provider. - The service initiation time must be at least 4 hours in the future. - Preferred minimum is 1 day in advance to give the provider sufficient time to review and respond. - Once a service request is submitted, the provider can accept or decline. ### In-Platform Chat - Consumers and providers communicate through the in-platform secure chat. - Before payment, sharing personal contact details (phone, email) is blocked. - After payment is made, contact sharing is unlocked within the chat. - Chat supports: text messages, images, videos, and file attachments. - Chat is also used to share the exact service location (opens in Google Maps) after payment. ### Payment - Payment is handled exclusively through Stripe, the most reliable and secure payment platform in the USA and Canada. - Supported methods include: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, and more. - Money is frozen in Stripe at the time of payment. - Funds are held until the end of the claim window (24 hours after the last scheduled service date) plus 48 additional hours. - After the release window passes with no claim, funds are transferred to the provider. ### Cancellation by Consumer - Consumers can cancel a booking only if the service initiation is at least 3 days away. - After booking, consumers have only 24 hours to cancel regardless of the timing. - Cancellation is not free. The consumer pays approximately $2.50 base fee + 5% commission on the service amount. - If the 24-hour window is missed and service initiation is less than 3 days away, cancellation is not allowed and charges proceed as normal. ### Claims & Disputes - After the final scheduled service date, the consumer has 24 hours to file a claim. - If no claim is filed within 24 hours, funds are released to the provider after 48 more hours. - Claims are reviewed by the platform using AI-assisted investigation. - Claim outcomes: Provider Fault (consumer refunded), Consumer Fault (provider paid), Both Fault (partial resolution). - Platform charges a fee on refunds. ### Cross-Border Fees - If a consumer hires a provider across the US-Canada border, a cross-border fee is charged to the consumer. - Providers are never charged cross-border fees. --- ## Service Provider Experience ### Registration - Registration is free and available to individuals and companies of all sizes. - Provider must provide a valid email, name, and address to register. - After registration, the provider must immediately set up their payout account through Stripe Connect. - Stripe must verify and activate the provider's account for them to receive payments. - Until Stripe activation is complete, a red alert appears in the provider's wallet section. - Once Stripe verification is complete, the alert is removed and the provider can receive payments. ### Account Types #### Free Account - Create up to 5 services - Full access to the platform dashboard and tools - Can receive service requests and submit quotations - Can chat with consumers after payment - Cannot receive messages from unregistered users - No public quotation (Quote) feature #### Premium / VIP Account — $29.99/month - Create up to 15 services - Unlocks the inbox for direct messages from unregistered consumers - Unlocks the Public Quotation (Quote) feature for non-registered clients - Enables contact and phone number sharing within chat even before payment (for cash or offline arrangements) - Service page acts as a landing page optimized for conversions - Higher visibility in search and feed algorithm ### Provider Verification - To build trust and improve search ranking, providers should complete: - **Email confirmation** - **Phone number verification** - **Identity verification** (government-issued ID + selfie) - **License, insurance, and certificate uploads** (optional but strongly recommended) - Verification status is displayed publicly on the provider profile and service listings. ### Creating Services - Providers create service listings with: - Service title, description, photos, and videos - Price - Service area / location radius - Weekly availability schedule - Tags (for search optimization) - Clear, detailed descriptions and strong visuals improve search placement. - A provider's Trust Score and reviews apply to all their services collectively. - Repeated or poorly maintained services lose search algorithm priority to well-sold, highly trusted ones. ### Algorithm & Search Ranking Factors that improve search ranking: - High Trust Score - Verified status (identity, phone, email) - Positive reviews and high average rating - Fast response rate to service requests - Languages spoken (matches consumer preferences) - Skills added in profile - Premium/VIP subscription - Service photos, descriptions, and tags - Number of completed sales Factors that hurt search ranking: - Claims filed against the provider - Low Trust Score - Poor review ratings - Slow or no response to service requests - Incomplete profile ### Negotiation & Quotation Flow 1. Consumer submits a service request. 2. Provider sees the request in "My Negotiations" and can accept or decline. 3. If accepted, the provider and consumer enter a negotiation with full chat functionality. 4. Provider submits a quotation containing: - Service description - Total price - Schedule (start and end dates/times) - Materials and costs (if applicable) - Payment deadline (must be at least 2 hours from now and at least 2 hours before service start) 5. Consumer reviews and pays the quotation. 6. After payment: - Exact service location is revealed (via Google Maps link) - Contact sharing is unlocked in chat - Chat supports images, videos, files, and text 7. Provider must attend and complete the service as scheduled. 8. After the last scheduled date + 24 hours (claim window) + 48 hours (release buffer), funds transfer to the provider. ### Rescheduling - After payment, either party can initiate a reschedule request. - The reschedule is only valid if both parties agree. - If the consumer rejects the reschedule request, the original schedule in the quotation remains binding. ### Provider Wallet & Accounting - Providers have a wallet section showing: - On-hold balance (awaiting release) - Available balance - Completed transactions - Revenue, costs, and profit tracking - Providers can manually add costs for accounting purposes (useful for accountants). - Withdrawals can be done manually from the wallet at any time if Stripe is activated. - Automatic payouts are processed every 3 days to the provider's registered bank account. ### Platform Fees for Providers - **Standard (non-cross-border):** $5 base fee + 10% commission per transaction. - Cross-border fees are charged to the consumer, not the provider. - Refund-related charges apply when a claim results in a refund. ### Badges & Trust Progression - Providers earn badges as they complete more jobs without claims. - Badges progress from entry level to advanced as the provider's track record grows. - Claims dramatically reduce the Trust Score and can result in: - Red flag status - Algorithmic demotion across all services - Permanent account ban ### Account Integrity & Identity - Since email, phone, and ID are verified, duplicate registrations are effectively prevented. - Deleting a profile is a permanent soft delete. - Reactivation requires contacting support@liinkz.com directly. ### Notifications - Email, SMS, and in-app notifications are mandatory for all users. - Users agree to receive mandatory notifications upon joining. - Users cannot opt out of operational notifications (payments, service updates, money flow, claims, etc.) - This policy exists to ensure all parties are always informed about critical platform events. --- ## Public Quotation (Quote) — VIP Providers Only - VIP providers can publish a "Quote" which allows unregistered clients to pay directly. - The client provides their name, phone, email, and address — no account needed. - Platform facilitates payment tracking only. - There are no claims, cancellations, reviews, or disputes possible for public quotations. - The same platform fees apply. - Platform takes no responsibility for service delivery in this case. --- ## Ads Management (Provider Feature) — Fully Autonomous AI-Powered Ad Manager Liinkz operates one of the most advanced AI-powered autonomous advertising platforms ever built for service providers. The entire ad lifecycle — from campaign creation, AI-driven keyword and creative generation, deployment to external ad platforms, performance monitoring, optimization, ad group rotation and elimination, plan upgrades and downgrades, cancellations, and policy compliance enforcement — is fully orchestrated by Claude Opus 4.7. No human intervention, no third-party agencies, no expensive professionals required. Service providers run sophisticated Google Search advertising campaigns with just a few clicks. ### Why Liinkz Ads Exist Traditional Google Ads require providers to: own a website, set up a Google Ads account, share personal information with a third-party agency, hire expensive ad professionals, or learn complex bidding and keyword strategies. Liinkz eliminates all of this. The provider's Liinkz service page acts as the landing page. Liinkz is a verified Google Ads partner allowed to run bulk campaigns on behalf of third parties, meaning every new provider campaign benefits from the maturity of the Liinkz Google Ads account — the more providers join, the smarter and more trusted the Liinkz account becomes in Google's algorithm, leading to better ad placements, lower CPCs, and stronger auction wins compared to a cold individual Google Ads account. ### Multi-Platform Support (Current Focus: Google Search) The Liinkz ad engine architecture supports multi-platform advertising including: - **Google Search** (current primary focus — highest ROI for hyperlocal service intent) - **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)** - **Nextdoor** - **TikTok** Current commercial focus is exclusively on Google Search because it delivers the highest ROI for service providers who need immediate client acquisition rather than brand awareness. Other platforms will be activated progressively. ### Eligibility — Strict VIP Requirement - Provider must be an active **Premium/VIP subscriber** ($29.99/month). - If the VIP subscription is cancelled or expires for any reason, **all active ad subscriptions are automatically cancelled by the system** — no exceptions. - Provider must complete email verification, phone verification, and identity verification. - One ad subscription per service — the same service cannot have multiple simultaneous ad packages. - Provider can only cancel, upgrade, or downgrade an existing ad subscription on a service. ### Platform Levels & Ad Group Strategy Liinkz offers three platform levels per ad subscription, each with different budget allocation and ad group complexity: - **Level 1 (Entry):** 1 ad group only. Lowest budget. Least efficient but most affordable. - **Level 2 (Growth):** Usually 2 ad groups, more budget allocated per group, AI rotation between creatives. - **Level 3 (Elite):** 4 or more ad groups. Full AI-powered rotation and elimination strategy. Highest budget. Highest ROI potential. ### Rotation & Elimination Strategy - AI runs ad refinement cycles daily, every 2 days, or every 3 days depending on the campaign maturity. - Underperforming ad groups are detected and either refined (new keywords, new creatives, new targeting) or eliminated. - Winning ad groups are preserved and reinforced. - **Level 3 elimination rule:** At the end of each cycle, the worst-performing ad group is eliminated to optimize budget allocation. Elimination continues across subsequent cycles down to a minimum of 2 ad groups (never below). - **Plan downgrade (Level 3 → 2 → 1):** AI automatically keeps the best-performing ad groups and closes the worst-performing ones to match the new plan's ad group count. ### Pricing, Currency & Budget Allocation - All ad packages are priced in **CAD (Canadian Dollar)** as Liinkz is a Canada-based company. - USA users pay the equivalent in **USD (converted at current exchange rate)** and view all their statistics in USD. - The total package price the provider pays includes: - **Platform fee:** approximately **25% of total paid amount** (covers Liinkz AI orchestration, infrastructure, Google Ads partner overhead, payment processing, and policy enforcement). - **Google Ads budget:** the remaining ~75% is allocated directly to Google Ads spend on behalf of the provider. ### Unused Budget Policy - If Google does not spend the entire allocated budget within the cycle, the remaining budget is **rolled forward to the next cycle automatically**. This is one of the strongest reasons to renew an ad subscription — providers do not lose unspent budget on renewal. - If the provider cancels the ad subscription, **any leftover allocated budget is forfeited and consumed by the Google Ads campaign during the final wind-down period — no refund**. ### Refund Policy — Strictly No Refunds - **There are no refunds on ad subscriptions under any circumstances.** - This is a hard-coded platform policy. The provider must agree to this before purchasing. - Cancellation takes effect from the **next billing cycle** — the current cycle continues to run as paid. - This policy applies whether the provider cancels, downgrades, gets banned, or violates platform policies. ### AI Policy Verification — Three-Strike Rule Every ad subscription goes through AI policy verification at multiple points: 1. **Initial verification** before checkout: AI reviews the service profile, provider profile, and the intended campaign for compliance with Liinkz policies, Google Ads policies, Meta Ads policies, Nextdoor Ads policies, plus USA and Canada advertising regulations. 2. **If rejected:** The provider receives detailed AI feedback explaining the violations. The provider has **3 chances total** to fix the violations and resubmit. 3. **If approved:** The provider proceeds to checkout, pays the subscription, and the campaign begins. 4. **Every renewal cycle:** Full AI re-verification runs again. Any new violations require fixes — repeated violations across cycles can result in **permanent Liinkz account ban**, including loss of all services, ad subscriptions, and provider privileges. ### What Constitutes a Violation - Illegal concepts, illegal services, or illegal products - Political messaging or politically charged content - Unfair or misleading advertising claims - Fake testimonials or unrealistic promises - Service profile content that does not match the actual service category - Service descriptions misaligned with what is actually being offered - Any content that violates Google Ads, Meta Ads, Nextdoor Ads, USA, or Canada advertising regulations ### Campaign Lifecycle 1. Provider selects an ad package for a specific service. 2. AI runs initial policy verification (up to 3 retry chances). 3. Provider pays the subscription via Stripe (auto-renew enabled). 4. AI fetches all data from the service profile, provider profile, and provider history. 5. AI generates keywords, creatives, targeting strategy, geo strategy, and dayparting. 6. AI creates 1 to 4+ ad groups depending on plan level, each with 1 or many ad creatives. 7. Campaign is deployed to Google Ads via the Liinkz Google Ads MCC partner account. 8. Provider can monitor the entire process live, including: - Hourly Google Ads API metric fetches - Full historical Liinkz performance metrics - Per-ad-group and per-creative performance breakdowns - Pacing status (on-track, over-pacing, under-pacing, stalled) 9. AI refine and rotation jobs run on the live campaign daily/2-day/3-day cycles. 10. End of each cycle: elimination logic runs (Level 3 only), then renewal triggers next cycle. 11. Provider can request cancellation at any time — campaign continues until end of current cycle, then pauses. No refund. ### External Landing Page Policy By default, all ads point to the provider's Liinkz service page as the landing page. This protects providers because Liinkz service pages are SEO-optimized, conversion-tested, and include guest messaging support for non-registered consumers (VIP-only feature). However, providers can use their own external URL as the landing page **only if all of the following are satisfied**: 1. Profile verification is complete (under "Enhance Your Profile" section). 2. Both email and phone number are verified in the account settings. 3. The provider has completed the first ad cycle with no issues. 4. After the first cycle, the provider can request external link option from the second cycle onward. 5. The external link will be used starting from the third cycle. 6. AI investigates the external page before approval — if it violates any policy, the external link is rejected and replaced with the Liinkz service page. Repeated violations can result in permanent ban. 7. The external page must perfectly match what the ad is offering. Any misalignment triggers auto-rejection. The external link option appears in the UI only if the provider qualifies. No guarantee of quality or satisfaction. ### AI Video Generation — $50 for 5 Videos - Provider submits their service photos and a description prompt. - Same AI prompt enhancement process applies — the engine understands the service context and improves the prompt quality before generation. - The result is 5 AI-generated promotional videos tailored to the provider's service. - No refund. No guarantee of quality or satisfaction. ### Policy - All AI media generation purchases are final. No refunds under any circumstances. - Quality and satisfaction are not guaranteed. - The AI prompt enhancement engine is designed to maximize output quality by deeply understanding the provider's service, images, and intent. --- ## Subscription Policy - The Premium/VIP subscription ($29.99/month) is non-refundable. - Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — the next month will not be charged. - No partial refunds for unused subscription days. ## Key Platform Rules & Policies 1. Consumers never pay a platform fee except for: refund charges and cross-border fees. 2. Provider's Trust Score applies platform-wide — not per service. 3. Claims reduce Trust Score significantly and can permanently remove the provider. 4. No duplicate accounts allowed due to multi-factor identity verification. 5. Deleted accounts can only be reactivated by contacting support@liinkz.com. 6. Service initiation must be minimum 4 hours in the future; preferred 1 day or more. 7. Payment deadline on a quotation must be at least 2 hours from submission and 2 hours before service start. 8. Funds are frozen in Stripe until 24-hour claim window + 48-hour buffer passes. 9. Contact sharing is only allowed after the consumer has made payment. 10. Cross-border fees are always charged to the consumer, never the provider. 11. Cancellation by consumer incurs a fee (~$2.50 base + 5% commission). 12. Mandatory notifications cannot be disabled by users. 13. Rescheduling requires mutual agreement; original schedule is binding if rejected. 14. For public quotations (VIP only), there is no claim, cancellation, or review process. 15. Chat supports text, images, videos, and file attachments. 16.
